Tips for using Toppits® baking paper in sheets

Line baking tins with baking paper
If you want to avoid excess fat, a simple trick is to line your baking tins with baking paper. With our little tip, you can put the paper in the mold without wrinkling it - something that often creates ugly lines at the edges of the cake. Take a Toppits® parchment paper and place it in the bottom of the pan. Then cut the sheet into the same round shape and size. With the new non-slip underside, the paper does not move, staying firmly on the form. This way it is even easier for you to get the right measurements!

The next step is to cover the edges of the shape. Use the leftover paper and cut it into straight strips. The height of the strips should match the height of the baking tin. With the separate strips from the baking paper, you can easily cover the inside of the mold.

Bread paper for those who love sandwiches
