The iron has a decorative pattern that was taken from Hallingdal in Norway in about 1750 and the wafer becomes both beautiful and crunchy. The iron is made of stainless steel of the absolute best quality with a non-stick coating which means that the waffles do not stick and the iron is easy to clean. Adjustable thermostat so you can regulate the temperature yourself and with a handle designed so you don't burn yourself. The iron can be stored on top for minimal storage in the kitchen cupboard.
