KitchenAid Fresh Prep Slicer and Shredder Attachment, 3 Drums

Slicer and shredder attachment for KitchenAid stand mixers that speeds up vegetable prep with three interchangeable stainless steel drums. Switch between 3 mm slicing, 4 mm medium shredding and 6 mm coarse shredding in moments to match the cut to the dish you are preparing.

• Slices vegetables evenly with the 3 mm slicing drum
• Shreds to a medium 4 mm cut for finer textures
• Shreds coarsely at 6 mm for chunkier results
• Switches quickly between drums, so one attachment covers several cuts
• Includes three stainless steel drums in the set

Prepping vegetables by hand takes time, and getting an even cut every time is harder still. With this attachment on your stand mixer, the drums take over the slicing and shredding, and each one delivers a consistent cut size. Because the three stainless steel drums change quickly, moving from thin slices to coarse shreds fits easily into a single cooking session. Fit it to your stand mixer and cut your vegetable prep time down to size.
