Please state your order number when you write to us. It is in your order confirmation and lets us find your order without asking further questions.

• Returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery
• Items that arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect
• Invoices and receipts
• Questions about import VAT and customs charges on delivery into Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, VAT and customs duties are included in the displayed price. You will not be charged these amounts again on delivery. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF); any shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you buy.
